TRI TECHNOLOGIES ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Memory Match mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, including families and children.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in the App. Because our application is designed to process gameplay data locally on your device, we do not collect, share, or store your personal information on external servers.

1. Information Collection and Use

We do not collect any personal data or personally identifiable information (PII) from you. You can use the App without registering, logging in, or providing any personal details.

• No Personal Data Collection: The App does not capture names, email addresses, phone numbers, location details, or persistent device identifiers.
• No Analytics or Crash Tracking: We do not integrate tracking cookies, device trackers, or third-party analytic suites.

2. Local Device Storage

The App stores a single configuration value locally on your device using its secure local storage container (AsyncStorage):

• Terms Acceptance: A key named termsAccepted is stored with a value of true once you review and accept our Terms & Conditions. This is stored solely to prevent the Terms & Conditions introduction screen from appearing on subsequent app launches. This data remains on your physical device and is never sent to us or any third party.
• Active Session Memory: Game scores, moves, and card match flags are stored transiently in-memory and are discarded when the app is closed.

3. Network Communication and Services

The App requires internet access solely for the following technical process:

• Background Application Updates: The App checks for Over-The-Air (OTA) updates using the Expo Update Service. On app launch, it checks the Expo update server to determine if a newer version of the game files is available. If an update is available, it downloads the package to your device. This process does not transmit your personal data.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Because the App does not collect or upload any user data, no user data is shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties.

5. Children's Privacy

We designed the App to be family-friendly and safe for users of all ages.

• Children Under 13: The App does not collect, track, or share any personal information from any user, including children under 13. In accordance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) guidelines, we do not request or process any child-identifying data.
• Parental Consent: As noted in our Terms & Conditions, users under the age of 13 must obtain parental or guardian consent before using the App.

6. Security of Your Data

We value your trust. Because all gameplay data is processed locally on your device and no personal information is transmitted over the network, your data is protected by the built-in security features of your mobile device. We recommend keeping your mobile operating system updated to ensure optimal device security.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
